MEET CHLOÉ

I’ve spent over a decade working as a licensed aesthetician both in and out of the treatment room. My early career was spent perfecting hard waxing techniques and honing my skills as a full-body speed waxer with a European Wax Center before stepping out of the room to help others learn how to wax efficiently. A move from California to Tennessee and a love of teaching found me in an educator role at the Aveda Institute in Nashville. After three years of teaching, a desire to work one-on-one with clients again and to dip my toes back into the current aesthetics scene drew me back into the treatment room as a service provider and business owner.

Growing my business, cultivating an educational Instagram presence, and adding to my list of aesthetics skills with advanced treatments has kept my passion for aesthetics alive! The beauty industry can often feel very superficial but I believe in the connection I develop with clients and the power of energy, touch, and intention.

This work is more than just skincare, it’s self-care.

MEET SHELLY

I found a job where I can pop pimples!" Was the only explanation I gave my husband right before enrolling in esthetics school. In the 15 years since that day I've discovered a love of all things skincare and a passion for continuing to learn, grow and evolve within the industry I love.

I received my instructor's license in 2012 and quickly moved into a teaching position at a small independently owned school where I taught for several years before accepting my dream job as a lead educator in the esthetics department at the Aveda Institute in Franklin, TN. Creating a curriculum and designing a fast-paced, yet fun learning environment was as challenging as it was rewarding. However, a need to once again connect with clients on an individual basis sent me back into a treatment room for the next several years.

But once a teacher, always a teacher and in those years I found an outlet for my love of running a classroom and teaching techniques by hosting training for new hires at several contracted spas as well as ensuring our companies employees were all trained and certified in micro-needling, advanced chemical peels, and dermaplaning.

My goal as an esthetician at Chloe Aesthetics is to use my years of training and extensive product knowledge to connect clients with treatments that will ultimately lead to a better, healthier relationship with their skin.
